Are you ready for MR Web?

Check the following list of hardware and software against your current system to see what you need to add MR Web to your business.

Web Server Hardware

PC with an Intel Pentium III-compatible 700 MHz processor or higher
512 MB of RAM
Static IP address and registered domain name (i.e., www.omti.com)
For security purposes, a firewall is strongly recommended

Web Server Software

Windows 2000/2003 Server with Internet Information Service 5 or 6
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher
Web server component recommended

When you subscribe to MR Web, you do not need your own web server because we host your MR Web on our servers. However, to use it, your MR8 Server must fall within the following requirements:

PC with an Intel Pentium III-compatible 733-MHz processor or higher
1 GB of RAM
Static IP address
For security purposes, a firewall is strongly recommended
Windows 2000/2003 Server or Windows XP Professional

Your clients are ready for MR Web

If your clients are already accessing the Internet through the latest version Internet Explorer or Firefox on Wndows OR Firefox or Safari on Mac, all they need to use MR Web is their own user ID and password, provided by you.

There’s no special application for them to install or learn, and all of their MR Web data will reside on your server, so they don’t need to dedicate any space on their hard drives to MR Web.
