MetaRecords 8 packages
MR8 includes:
- MR8 Server, which installs
on an SQL server. Each server requires a separate
MR8 Server license.
- MR8 Client, which installs
on a workstation. Each workstation that accesses the MR8
Server requires a separate Client Access License (CAL). Five
CALs are included in the basic MR8 package.
- Annual software maintenance
contract, either standard (included free for the first
year after purchase and free with subscription plans) or premium.
Each MR8 Server license requires a separate annual software
maintenance contract.

Reward points plug-in for MR8 & MR Web
Use the RB8 points plug-in to track your revenue by individual contacts
instead of firms. You can also let them earn redeemable points
as in an airline mileage program. Add the MR Web points plug-in

MR support & software maintenance plans
MR8 support
Annual software maintenance contracts are mandatory, and
a standard plan is included free for the first year after
a new purchase (not upgrades). Standard support is included
free in MR8 subscriptions.
MR8 is available with two
levels of software maintenance plans:
- Standard, which includes
unlimited support via phone, MR Live online chat, fax and
email during our regular business hours, plus downloadable
update releases of MR8, and other valuable services.
- Premium, which adds peace-of-mind
and convenience services, such as extended service hours,
priority call-back, update installation, system re-installation,
and more.

MR Web support
is similar to MR8 standard software maintenance plans. For
