Custom reports for your business

If you can’t find the exact report, form or legal you need in MR8, we can program one for you. The base rate for custom programming is $2,000. Depending on complexity, the actual rate charged may be higher.

The rate for custom programming covers developing the report, invoice, statement, etc. To cover the ongoing expense to us of maintaining your custom code, you must be on Premium support plus pay an additional 20% of the total custom programming cost annually.

Maintaining your custom code entails training our staff to support it and making sure your custom programming stays compliant with updates of the system. Everytime we create an update to MR8, we have to ensure that it doesn’t affect your custom report.
